The mission of the Junior League of Sioux City (JLSC) is to address community needs through the participation of its trained volunteers.  For 90 years, the JLSC has established a reputation of excellence in Siouxland for adopting community projects and providing them with the volunteer and funding support necessary for them to succeed. Now Accepting Done in a Day Applications!
A Junior League Done in a Day Project provides assistance to community non-profit agencies by offering volunteer support. Volunteers are available for half day or full day shifts to help with events such as picnics, food bank distribution, holiday parties, egg hunts, water distribution for races, etc. Click here to learn more about the application process.

• Fall/Winter: Deadline August 8, 2011 for projects from September 1, 2011 to February 29, 2012
• Spring/Summer: Deadline January 16, 2012 for projects from March 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012
